The Legal English Course for Spanish lawyers is a regular event organised by the London School of Legal English in conjunction with the Law Bar Association of Almeria and Universidad de Almeria. The bespoke training programme gives lawyers from Spain the opportunity to explore the language of English law and the English legal system.
The programme consists of a series of workshops, seminars, lessons, guest talks from top lawyers and tours that allow the participants to immerse themselves in Legal English. Recent subjects have included contract law, negotiating, mergers and acquisitions, and starting a business in the UK. The course also allowed for real-life case studies to be used throughout.
