How do I become a better negotiator?

As a lawyer or negotiator communicating in a second language, it is essential that  you possess the tools and communicative skills to negotiate effectively in Legal English and Business English.  This language course is aimed at lawyers, law students, legal counsel, business people and other legal practitioners who need effective tuition in negotiating from the very best teachers in the industry.  


Your Legal English tutors will introduce you to the range of vocabulary and expressions needed to make a strong impact during negotiations.  You will study  how to maintain good body language with British nationals, how to prepare the groundwork as well as the language of negotiation.  The class will be a mixture of academic tuition and organic learning by way of simulated role-plays and various other exercises.  Your tutors will provide constant and relevant feedback to you as well as a final report providing feedback on how you can develop your skills further.

Course Tutor

The course is usually led by our Lead Legal English Tutor.  Michael Davies has been working in English as a Foreign Language Training for ten years and has a law degree from the University of Wales.  He has worked for many law firms across the UK and has written extensively for the BBC, The Guardian and The Western Mail on a range of subjects including but not limited to the English language and the law of the United Kingdom.
